So yeah, obviously I’m a cafe rat now seeing as I generally attempt to be in my apartment as little as possible. But still, I love these random privately owned cafes filled with weird, interesting people. They give me a really great place to get work done (or attempt to do so). I love that they are everywhere here. I also love that they generally have pretty good food, beer, and legit fresh...

From my smelly room in a moderately sketchy Munich hostel. Just got back from Salzburg and leave for Berlin in the morning. Should’ve charged my phone before I left because it’s only lasting 5 minutes for Internet. That in mind, this post is to say:

Because of course we had to book a 6:45am flight to Munich, we are basically just staying up all night so we don’t miss our flight. 90s party at Fritz club, flight to Munich, train to Neuschwanstein, sneaking into a Hostel because I couldn’t book a room with everyone, Munich for the day, Salzburg (Austria) for Easter Sunday, flying back to Berlin on Monday and writing 3 term papers. ...

Dinge ich liebe - restaurant culture
Just met a family friend of my host, who is a college student in Vienna, and got dinner. Basically a blind date set up by her mom and Julia haha. Sat outside for two and a half hours talking and didn’t leave till the place closed. I love that you can sit at a restaurant for hours and no waiter will ever bother you.
Going to miss not being rushed from your table.

I love that no matter where I walk or what kind of hole in the wall store I wander into, I can find a chocolate croissant/butter croissant for breakfast. Bakeries. I will miss you.
